Caremed Inc. is hiring compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality one-on-one care to seniors and individuals who need assistance in the comfort of their homes.

As a CNA with Caremed Inc., you will help clients maintain their safety, independence, dignity, and quality of life while following individualized care plans and established home health care procedures.

This position is ideal for a CNA who enjoys building meaningful client relationships and providing hands‑on personal care in a home environment.

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene

• Provide safe client transfers
  , mobility assistance, positioning, and ambulation support

• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed

• Obtain and report vital signs when required by the client's care plan and scope of practice

• Provide medication reminders in accordance with the individualized care plan and applicable policies

• Follow individualized care plans and client‑specific instructions

• Provide companionship, socialization, and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to the client's care

• Observe and report changes in a client's condition or behavior to the appropriate Caremed team member

• Complete accurate electronic logging, visit documentation, care notes, and required service records

• Maintain client confidentiality, dignity, privacy, and safety

• Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, nurses, and Caremed management

• Current CNA certification/license required

• Experience preferred, but not required - all backgrounds are welcome to apply

• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• Ability to follow individualized care plans and safety procedures

• Ability to pass required employment background screening
