* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes
* Provide direct nursing care while ensuring resident comfort and dignity
* Assist with care planning and resident assessments

* Maintain accurate clinical documentation
* Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements##

* Current Virginia LPN License
* Current CPR certification **(required)
