As Nurse Manager, you will oversee clinical operations for an outpatient cancer center known for its exceptional patient experience and dedicated care teams. This position requires an experienced leader who is comfortable operating with a high level of independence and professional judgment in an off-site clinic environment.

• Lead daily clinical and operational activities for the Cancer Center.
• Support and mentor a team of highly experienced oncology clinicians dedicated to exceptional patient care.
• Drive quality outcomes, patient safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and administrative partners to optimize care delivery.
• Monitor staffing, workflow, resource utilization, and departmental performance metrics.
• Foster employee engagement, professional development, and retention within a tight-knit and supportive team culture.
• Champion initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for patients receiving complex oncology services.

This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
