Associate Veterinarian or Medical Director | AAHA-Accredited, Community-Rooted Practice | Newport News, VA

We’re seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian or Medical Director to join our AAHA-accredited practice. With a loyal clientele, a skilled support team, and a broad caseload, we offer the perfect environment to grow your career.

  • Modern diagnostics: digital radiology, ultrasound, in‑house lab, digital dental radiography, video otoscope, and cold laser therapy

What You’ll Do
  • Provide compassionate, high‑quality care to a loyal client base
  • Diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical and surgical cases
  • Collaborate with our veterinarian team and participate in leadership strategy discussions
  • Develop specialized skills in areas such as surgery, ultrasound, or exotic medicine
Qualifications
  • DVM/VMD degree with Virginia licensure (or ability to obtain)
  • Passion for patient care, client education, and team collaboration
  • Open to new graduates eager to learn or experienced veterinarians seeking leadership opportunities
  • Interest in expanding or specializing in areas such as surgery, exotics, or advanced diagnostics
