Plant Care Associate

Position Includes:

• Plant Care:
  Water, prune, and maintain plants to ensure they thrive and remain healthy.
• Inventory Management:
  Help organize plant displays, and assist with plant restocking.
• Nursery Maintenance:
  Assist with the general upkeep of the nursery, including cleaning, organizing tools, and maintaining outdoor spaces.
• Propagation & Transplanting:
  Help transplant plants as needed.
• Sales Support:
  Assist customers in loading plants into vehicles.

• Experience working with plants or in a nursery setting (preferred but not required).
• Basic knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and gardening practices.
• Ability to lift heavy pots and materials, as needed.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
