We are a local, woman-owned, family-owned business seeking to hire a part-time ecotech (home cleaner) who thrives on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, excels in teamwork, and takes pride in what they do. You must be detail-oriented and coachable - no one is perfect and we don't expect you to be! But we are a niche service and need meticulous cleaners to deliver on that promise.

Important Note:

• Pass a background check
• Have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Have reliable transportation to and from our office at 6001 Lakeside Avenue
• Be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Be comfortable with bending, twisting, kneeling, and being on your feet throughout the day
• It is preferred you have a smartphone
• Have a positive attitude
• Be a team player
• Be able to work independently

We use non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for daily use. All of our products are third party-certified green. We also provide all cleaning materials and tools for your success.

Competitive Hourly Pay + Bonuses:
Starting pay is $16.00/hour during your probationary period. After a performance review, your rate may increase to $17.00/hour. We also offer multiple opportunities each month to earn bonuses.

Paid On-the-Job Training & Advancement Opportunities:
No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training of ecomaids 64-point green clean routine. Also, take your career to the next level with potential for leadership and training roles.

Company Vehicle for Use During Shift: We supply the vehicle, gas, and insurance during work hours. You are required to get yourself to the office and home from the office in Lakeside.

Schedule:

We are open Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. No late nights or weekends here! We are looking for candidates to add to our team as we expand in the coming months, but hours may not be available immediately.
