In addition to general care capabilities, the practice offers digital x-ray, ultrasound, dental, and laser therapy equipment as well as acupuncture services to ensure the health and wellness of its patients.

Spotsylvania Animal Hospital is looking for a full or part-time Customer Service Representative to join their team. At SAH we strive to foster a positive, welcoming culture that feels like family.

• Greet clients entering SAH promptly and professionally.
• Dress professionally in clean attire. Personal appearance must be clean, neat and tasteful.
• Accurately schedule appointments and surgeries.
• Offer to assist clients to their vehicles with their pets / and or purchases.
• Complete daily department checklists / Make sure the reception area stays neat and professional.
• Organize and update client information in Avimark.
• Maintain a respectful and professional attitude towards coworkers and clients.
• Receive and respond / process incoming communications from clients.
• Correctly and efficiently check out clients. Verify invoices are correct, present to clients and process payments on the account accurately.
• Perform end of day procedures in Avimark. Prepare daily settlement of cash, check, and credit card transactions.
• Call clients to remind them of appointments and surgeries.
