- Accurately prepare and fill specialty prescriptions within a centralized workflow

- Manage and maintain inventory levels, including tracking, replenishment, and organization of medications and supplies
- Participate in mail‑order and central fill operations, gaining exposure beyond traditional retail pharmacy practices
- Collaborate with pharmacists, lead technicians, and peers to ensure workflow continuity and quality assurance
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, identifying process gaps and implementing solutions in real time
