Develop your talents By applying for your expertise within our facility in Rockingham NC, as a Health and Safety Specialist:
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of health and safety programs, standards, and compliance requirements across the facility.
  • Assist supervisors and managers with safety processes, hazard identification, risk assessments, workplace inspections, audits, and corrective action plans.
  • Coordinate and support health and safety training programs, recordkeeping, safety communications, and employee awareness initiatives.
  • Participate in incident investigations, including documentation, root cause analysis, corrective action tracking, and follow‑up.
  • Monitor safety performance indicators, maintain compliance documentation, and support regulatory and operational audits.
  • Contribute to emergency preparedness activities, including emergency response planning and drills.
Respect your true nature by putting forward your strengths:
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred
  • OSHA certification or other safety-related training.
  • Internship, co‑op, or manufacturing experience.
  • Basic understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.
