Primarily responsible for providing quality assurance for the Distribution Center including activities pertaining to the annual ISO audit.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES &ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Utilizes various reports such as End of Line Summary report and TSM error reports to provide the management team with information regarding the verification of accuracy of outbound distribution center orders. Involved with the internal audit process for the distribution center.
- Control, organize and maintain ISO procedures including training logs for facility. May perform TSM classroom training and on-the-job training related to quality program and standard operating procedures.
- Control, organize and maintain customer complaint logs.
- Prepares regular/quarterly reports such as the Sarbanes Oxley assessment.
- Manages VAWD certification. Participates in external audits and inspections.
- Organizes and chairs meetings such as Management Review meeting and Steering Committee meeting prior to ISO audit. Coordinates the annual ISO audit for the facility.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

Good reading, writing, math, and computer skills. Good communication (written/verbal) skills. Detail oriented and accountable for making accurate decisions under set guidelines. Good problem-solving skills. Ability to follow instructions, work under stress, and handle multiple assignments. Ability to read fine print and differentiate products with similar characteristics (size, color, vendor code).
ExperienceTwo years experience in an administrative role, or the equivalent required.
OtherHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred, or comparable work experience.
Physical DemandsPhysical demands refer to the level and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform critical tasks in support of critical job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
Lift, carry or move products up to: 0-50 lb. Occasional
Gripping, pushing, pulling and fine hand manipulation continuously.
Twist or bend torso occasionally.
Climb ladder occasionally.
Handling tools continuously (Tape gun, Utility knife, Computer).
ConditionsContinuous temperature-controlled building.
May be expose to dust occasionally.
Work in a cold environment occasionally.
CompensationThe posted range for this position is $45,760-$57,200, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
