** At Munters, we develop innovative, energy-efficient systems for mission-critical environments. We’re looking for a Quality Engineer who is passionate about continuous improvement and driving high-quality manufacturing processes.

* What You’ll Do:
*** Drive process and product quality improvements across manufacturing
* Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
* Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
* Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to meet customer requirements
* Lead investigations into non-conformances, warranty trends, and customer complaints
* Track and report quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives

* What We’re Looking For:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
* 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
* Strong problem-solving skills (Lean, Kaizen, root cause analysis)
* Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
* Ability to work cross-functionally and lead improvement efforts
* HVAC/R experience is a plus
