This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Mathews, VA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks involve showing properties to potential clients, preparing sales contracts and agreements, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market analysis, and ensuring smooth and successful transactions. The role requires excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the real estate market and client needs.
