• Conduct thorough annual maintenance inspections
  • Identify maintenance concerns
  • Provide clear, detailed repair recommendations
• Perform move-out inspections
  • Document turn work required for unit readiness
• Complete and submit inspection reports using Rent Check software
• Inspect primarily single-family homes, with occasional multifamily properties
• Certify smoke detectors and replace units as needed
• Communicate professionally with residents and property owners when necessary
• Complete all tasks accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment responsibly

• Prior home inspection, maintenance, or property management experience preferred
• Comfortable using mobile inspection software (Rent Check experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of residential systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
• Ability to identify maintenance issues and recommend solutions
• Professional communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
