• Base salary $45K - $60K
• Medical, dental, vision, supplemental, life, and disability insurance

• Research and compile property information from public sources
• Prepare, publish, and maintain property listings
• Manage property, client, and lead databases and produce reports
• Coordinate and support open house events
• Review and ensure accuracy of real estate documentation and contracts
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotional materials and campaigns
• Assist with digital marketing, including email and online advertising
• Provide administrative support to agents, including transaction and closing coordination
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams

• 2–3 years of real estate experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Proficient in digital marketing, social media management, and email campaigns
• Experience with MLS platforms and CRM systems
• Advanced in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new tools and software
