The vision for the Food and Beverage program at Kinloch is to provide a casual, genteel, southern hospitality-driven service environment where the needs of the members are paramount. The staff will take care of every need of the membership, as it is the most important thing they must do. Selection and training of a committed, caring, and service-driven team are paramount.
Foodand Beverage Server/Bartender
Role Overview
- Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Prepare and serve beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work as part of a fast-paced team to contribute and meet the Kinloch Standards listed above.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal (Season runs March-October weather permitting)
Requirements- Must have 2+ years of prior experience as a server/bartender
- Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
- Must be flexible and ready to work in shifts.
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beer.
