Position: Leadership (Operations and Customer Service)

Requirements

  • College Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and demonstrate the “Core 4” at all times. Able to demonstrate the behaviors and skills required when interacting with guests and team members at all times.
  • Winning Hearts mentality and being able to demonstrate the behaviors and skills required to do so with guests and team members at all times.
  • Planning and organizing skill set.
  • Conflict resolution skill set.
  • Attention to detail with an emphasis on food safety and cleanliness.
  • Ability to multi-task and delegate tasks to team members when needed to operate a highly productive team.
  • Ability to react quickly and adjust when needed to provide a high level of service.
  • Willing and able to open and/or close a minimum of 2 shifts per week for part time and 4 shifts per week for full time.

    Ensure we have aces in their places on each and every shift to provide fast and accurate service. Give direction to team members during shifts so they understand what is required of them and they have the resources to be successful. Work with team members to be good stewards of resources and equipment.
  • May be asked to work in a team member, trainer or team leader role during a shift dependent upon staff on the shift.
Responsibilities
  • Strategically place team members in positions to ensure optimal guest experience at all times.
  • Plan out breaks for team members on shift to avoid having breaks during peak time.
  • Communicate and partner with the leaders on shift when needed.
  • Coach team members during shifts when necessary to create a high-energy atmosphere for our team, modeling a sense of urgency without making our guests feel rushed.
  • Hold team members accountable to following processes and procedures, and partner with the Human Resources Director if needed.
  • Perform spot checks.
  • Complete post shift walk-through for cleanliness, stocking and overall preparation for the next shift.
