Salary Range: $55,000 (plus Quarterly bonus incentives)

• Lead your crew:
  Hire, train, and develop a team grounded in trust, respect, and positivity. Champion a culture where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to grow.
• Drive performance:
  Set and hit aggressive targets in speed, service, sales, and customer satisfaction — all while fostering a fun, inclusive environment that celebrates team wins.
• Own your stand:
  Oversee inventory, scheduling, labor management, and day-to-day operations.
• Cultivate culture:
  Model servant leadership by putting your team first and leading by example. Create a workplace that energizes people, encourages development, and embraces purpose-driven work.
• Engage with guests:
  Deliver legendary customer service and inspire your team to create unforgettable moments with every drink served.
• Grow the business:
  Understand your P&L, execute sales-driving initiatives, and identify improvement opportunities.

• 2+ years of experience in leadership (restaurant, retail, or food service a plus)
• Proven track record of team building and operational excellence
• Strong organizational and decision‑making skills
• High‑energy, hands‑on leadership style
