Description

• Assist customers with apparel and accessory selections in a professional and engaging manner.
• Provide expert knowledge on Harley-Davidson Motor Clothes products and promotions.
• Maintain showroom appearance and merchandising standards.
• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Participate in dealership events, promotions, and product launches.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred, especially in apparel or lifestyle brands.
• Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and the motorcycle community.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage with customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
