Overview

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer. Fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, with occasional pushing/pulling over 50 lbs. This includes moving products from stock rooms to store floors and stocking shelves.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Residence within 25–35 miles of the primary location:
  Cape Charles, VA; secondary locations:
  Onley, VA & Salsbury, MD.
• Schedule availability:
  Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Hourly rate ranges from $18.00 to $19.50 based on relevant experience.
