Schedule:

Part-Time, approximately 15–20 hours per week

Botanical Dwellings and Fulton Found are locally owned retail shops located in downtown Culpeper. Botanical Dwellings is a houseplant and gift shop focused on plants, home goods, and workshops, while Fulton Found is a masculine lifestyle boutique offering apparel, accessories, and gift items. Both shops prioritize thoughtful retail experiences, community engagement, and well-curated products.

As small businesses, our teams work collaboratively to keep both spaces organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.

The Stock Associate role supports the day-to-day operations of the shops by helping maintain organization, cleanliness, and product flow. This position focuses primarily on behind-the-scenes work that keeps the stores functioning efficiently. While most shifts will take place at Botanical Dwellings, occasional support at Fulton Found may be needed for merchandise processing and organizational tasks. Team members in this role may also provide occasional support on the sales floor, including assisting customers or processing transactions when needed.

• Receive and unpack incoming merchandise shipments
• Tag and price new items accurately
• Organize inventory and prepare products for the sales floor
• Maintain clean, organized storage areas and work spaces
• Support overall store upkeep through routine cleaning tasks
• Assist with watering plants and basic plant care when needed
• Help maintain an orderly environment that allows the sales team to operate smoothly
• Assist the sales team with basic customer support and register transactions as needed

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting boxes and organizing merchandise
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Prior retail or stockroom experience is helpful but not required
