Porter

The Porter is responsible for supporting in‑store execution and customer service. Responsibilities include ensuring store cleanliness, stocking and organizing merchandise, unloading and staging transfers, greeting customers, answering phone calls, and lifting or moving up to 100 pounds of merchandise.

• Store Execution – Keep bathrooms, sales floor, and windows clean through dusting, mopping, sweeping, and washing; maintain and organize pillows, Protect‑A‑Beds, and clearance center(s); unload transfers, ensure proper bagging, and transfer to designated areas; travel to other stores or clearance centers as needed.
• Customer Service – Greet customers in a timely manner; answer the phone as needed; load customer merchandise and secure it if desired.

• Ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Competitive pay range of $13–$15 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be available for eligible leadership and individual contributor roles.
