Retail Support Staff

We’re always looking for great people in the following areas:

You are passionate about running, walking, fitness and wellness and willing to learn the technical details of gait analysis and running shoe technology. You’re able to work at least 12 hours/week up to full time, and expect to work at least one weekend day. You’re enthusiastic, patient, and a great team player. High school diploma and two or more years of running/walking experience strongly preferred.

You have all the attributes of a Fit Specialist. In addition, you have strong people and project management skills as well as excellent attention to detail and communication skills. College graduate with two or more years experience as a retail manager/supervisor in addition to experience in and strong familiarity with running culture/running industry required.

You are excited to learn the skills of a Fit Specialist and have similar characteristics and background, but you’re interested primarily in weekends. You’re able to commit to 4-6 weekend days per month.

You are passionate about running, walking, fitness and wellness and have a strong work ethic and communication skills. You are excited about supporting the =PR= Team in-store with both customer facing and back-end support tasks. You are enthusiastic, patient, and a great team player with evening and weekend availability.

You are interested in working with =PR= during the summer or holiday as a FIT Specialist or Retail Support Staff. Note that seasonal positions are limited and =PR= gives preference to candidates who expect to be available for more than one season.

You are excited about helping elementary-aged children get started and develop a love of running. Running experience strongly preferred. You will attend a certification program before beginning in a role. Experience with children including large groups is required. Coaching experience is an asset.
