Store Manager – Spencer's (Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween)

Hourly rate ranges from $19.77 – $20.02 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Oversee and be accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, merchandising and inventory control.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
• Ensure physical demands such as standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours daily.

• Minimum age 21.
• Prior retail management experience required.
