Position Title

Associate

As an Associate, you will assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences, shaping the store’s success and contributing to the company’s growth.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
• Drive sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Perform daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Complete additional duties and projects as required.

• Proven experience in retail or a similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Passion for outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Provide mature availability each week, covering mornings, days, and nights as needed.
• Work weekends and holidays as required.
• Maintain consistent punctuality and attendance per company policy.
• Clear spoken English; proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English.
• Be at least 18 years old (individuals 16+ may be eligible for hire in listed states).

Requires prolonged standing (approximately 4–14 hours per day), stooping, kneeling, reaching, pulling, ladder use, and lifting items weighing 5–25 lbs regularly. The work environment is moderately noisy. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities.

Store Associate pay range: $12.77–$13.27 per hour. Eligible for company 401(k) plan.
