Qualifications
  • Experience:

    Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
  • Leadership

    Skills:

    Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Customer‑Centric:
    Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Analytical

    Skills:

    Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Flexibility:
    Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Tech‑Savvy:
    Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
  • Availability:
    Assistant Store Manager – open availability for opening and closing shifts, minimum 5 days/week, 44 hours average, with increased hours during peak sales periods. Supervisor – minimum 5 days/week, 30 hours weekly, with weekend and holiday availability. All management – availability on weekends and holidays.
  • Transportation:
    Must have reliable transportation.
  • English:
    Must be able to speak, read, write English and perform business‑related mathematics.
  • Physical:
    Requires prolonged standing, stooping, kneeling, lifting 5–25 lbs, and occasional ladder use.
  • Age:
    Must be at least 18 years old.
Education

High School Diploma or GED equivalent; 2+ years of retail leadership experience strongly preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation

Assistant Manager: $15.50 – $16.50 per hour with bonus opportunities if store KPIs are met. Supervisor: $14.50 – $15.50 per hour. All roles are eligible for the company 401K plan and full‑time benefits (medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, paid time off).
