  • Additional duties and projects as required.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a record of meeting sales targets and managing teams.
  • Leadership

    Skills:

    Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Customer-Centric:
    Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
  • Analytical

    Skills:

    Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Flexibility:
    Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
Minimum Requirements
  • Assistant Store Manager:
    Open availability to open/close store (mornings, days, nights). Minimum 5 days/week, average 44 hours/week with increased hours during peak periods.
  • Supervisor:
    Minimum 5 days/week, 30 hour work week, availability weekends and holidays.
  • All Management:
    Must be punctual, have reliable transportation, speak and write clear English, perform business-related math, and possibly relocate within company network.
Physical Demands

Prolonged standing (5-14 hrs/day); extended periods up to 12 hrs during peak sales; stooping, kneeling, reaching, pulling merchandise; climbing ladders or stairs; lifting 5-25 lbs regularly. Moderate noise. Requires good vision, including color differentiation.

Education

High School Diploma or GED equivalent; 2+ years retail leadership experience strongly preferred; or equivalent education/experience.

Compensation

Assistant Manager: $14.27 - $15.27/hour with bonus opportunities.
Supervisor: $13.27 - $14.27/hour.
All roles eligible for 401K, medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, company-paid time off.
