Customer Service Associate

We’re looking for friendly and organized Customer Service Associates to join our nationwide cupcake shipping headquarters. In this role, you’ll assist customers with their orders by answering phone calls and emails, providing order updates, and helping resolve any questions or concerns. You’ll also support office operations with administrative tasks and assist with order fulfillment, ensuring every shipment is accurate and on time.
