• Customer Service:
  Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations based on their preferences.
• Product Knowledge:
  Stay updated with the latest products in the vape and hemp industry. Educate customers on the benefits, usage, and care of products.
• Cash Handling:
  Operate the cash register, handle transactions efficiently, and ensure accurate cash handling practices.
• Inventory Management:
  Monitor stock levels, identify products that are out of stock, and take note of customer product requests.
• Store Maintenance:
  Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Sales Goals:
  Strive to meet or exceed sales targets set by the management team.

  Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient store operations.
• Feedback Collection:
  Gather feedback from customers on products and services, and relay this information to the management team for continuous improvement.
• Compliance:
  Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to the products for sale.

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Must be above 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable transport.

$9.00 - $11.00 per hour.

Full-time, Part-time.

9.00 – 10.00 per week.

• 4 hour shift.
• 8 hour shift.
• Day shift.
