Retail Lead - 6557 - Portofino Shopping Center, Shenandoah, TX

We are looking for a Retail Lead with strong leadership skills to support our shop. You will use your retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates. You will build relationships and create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.

• Guide and mentor store associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, creating an emotional connection as an adidas Brand ambassador.
• Support daily store operations and ensure high standards of performance.
• Maintain effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.

• Availability must be flexible and include evenings and weekends.
• Minimum 12 months experience working in a retail environment.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail and industry understanding.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
• Ability to operate independently and under pressure.
• Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Must consistently exhibit competencies relative to the position.

• Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
• Required to stand, walk, use hands for handling and reaching; occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and operate a Brannock device.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Must have close, distance, color, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality expected.
