Role Overview

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) supports the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards. They actively engage on the sales floor, foster team motivation, and build lasting customer connections to create memorable shopping moments.

• Exceed sales goals through genuine customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Coach and inspire team members, providing real-time feedback and fostering accountability.
• Recruit and bring talented individuals into the team.
• Ensure merchandising and operational standards are upheld for a seamless store experience.
• Support the achievement of KPIs and store performance targets.
• Assist in creating a positive, passionate store culture aligned with the brand.

• Minimum 2 years of leadership in a high-performance retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
• Business acumen with analytical skills to deliver results.
• Excellent time management and delegation abilities.
• Knowledge of retail POS systems and Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift over 50 pounds, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
