The Role
IB Roof Systems,has an opening for a Manufacturing Sales Representative for the State of Virginia and Maryland.
The position aims to have a highly motivated individual to specify and sell IB Roof System products and service the territory.
This position reports to Regional Manager,East.
- Actively engage with Building Owners, Architects, Roofing Consultants that are in the assigned territory with the goal of having IB Roof Systems specified.
- Strong Focus on Data Center segment
- Develop and support roofing contractors to increase sales of IB Roof Systemsin the assigned territory.
- Provide andfacilitatetraining for roofing contractors, estimators, crews to increase andmaintaininstallationand specificationproficiency.
- Develop a business plan for the assigned territoryfor revenue and share growth.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of sales related experience, preferably to Roofing Contractors, Building Owners, Architects, and Roof Consultants.
- 5+ years of B2B / Building Products, Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Commercial Roofing knowledge must be able to walk roofs as needed toassistcontractors with roof layout.
- Strategic thinker with ability to adapt tofastpaced and changing environment and work effectively across customer segments.
- Experience with CRMsystem(Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Net Suite).
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travelfrequentlyin assigned territory.
