• Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans focused on federal government agencies
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within federal law enforcement and government organizations
• Prepare and deliver customer-facing presentations and facilitate in-market engagements
• Manage the product trial lifecycle to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation within the CRM system

• Minimum of 10 years of software sales experience targeting the U.S. Federal Government
• Proven success in selling to federal justice and public safety agencies (e.g., DOJ, FBI, DEA)
• Proficiency with CRM solutions, with Salesforce experience preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Familiarity with digital forensics sector and market trends
• Ability to articulate business value tailored to customer challenges
