Winery Hospitality & Events Associate

Seasonal with Year-Round Opportunities

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, wine-loving human to join our winery team as a Winery Hospitality & Events Associate starting in March. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, sharing great wine, and being part of a small but growing winery.

This position is primarily focused on tasting room service such as serving wine tastings and off-site festivals/events, with opportunities to grow into additional responsibilities over time—including deeper involvement in wine knowledge, production, and overall winery operations.

• Pouring wine and hosting guests in our tasting room
• Traveling to weekend festivals and events to represent the winery and pour tastings
• Engaging customers with our wines, brand story, and winemaking process
• Providing warm, knowledgeable, and memorable customer service
• Safely lifting and moving cases of wine, supplies, and event materials
• Being on your feet for extended periods during busy tasting room days and festivals
• Helping with setup, breakdown, and general winery needs as they arise
• Learning our wines inside and out—and growing your wine education over time

• Availability on weekends is required (pretty much every weekend)
• Weekday tasting room shifts available as needed
• This is a seasonal role with consistent off-season work for the right person
• Ideal for someone looking to grow long-term with a winery, not just a short-term gig

• Love talking to people and making them feel welcome
• Are comfortable selling wine and marketing it to the consumer
• Can lift heavy boxes and handle physically active days
• Are dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
• Enjoy working independently and as part of a team
• Are curious about wine and interested in learning how it’s made
• Want to grow your role and take on more responsibility over time

• Wine or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
• Customer service experience is also a plus
• We’re happy to train the right person with a great attitude
