What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Prepare and present proposals demonstrating how products can meet customer needs and be successfully implemented
  • Grow sales and drive services to both new and existing customers within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and potential influencers
  • Lead customer engagements from initial presentations to final implementation, working closely with sales representatives
  • Track and report monthly gains related to implemented products to the Division Manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree required or at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of related sales experience within the medical supplies industry
  • Ability to travel at least 75% of the time for business purposes
  • Previous experience selling in the hospital and/or healthcare industry
  • Strong presentation skills and effective communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in cold calling, commissioned sales, and full-cycle sales processes
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and follow‑up skills
  • Familiarity with product trials, validations, and comprehensive program implementations
