Job Responsibilities

  • Lead new client development, bidding, and contract negotiations to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Establish relationship networks with key clients in target industries (consumer electronics, beauty, footwear, apparel, etc.), continuously track client business changes, and deeply explore value-added service opportunities.
  • Extend the sales leads pool and follow effective leads to meet the agreed target.
  • Drive market development and end‑to‑end sales management for contract logistics (warehousing & transportation) in assigned areas.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market share by deeply understanding local client needs and enabling cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Conduct market research, competitor intelligence gathering, and industrial cluster development to enhance company market share.
  • Follow up project sales progress and output market‑driven product requirements and client resources to the team.
  • Monitor the bidding/negotiation and pricing with customers.
  • Continuously develop new customers and submit reports timely.
  • Collect detailed information requested by customers and consolidate with internal team to provide tailored solutions to customers.
  • Risk control throughout the development process.
  • Responsible for market development, customer expansion, and full‑cycle sales management of contract logistics (warehousing, transportation) in the assigned area, achieving performance goals and continuously improving market share.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of logistics sales experience; contract logistics experience preferred.
  • Familiar with logistics industry and client demands in consumer electronics, beauty, footwear, apparel, and FMCG industries.
  • Energetic and passionate, able to work under pressure of sales targets, with strong work accountability.
  • Strong objective orientation with continuous learning awareness and innovative mindset.
