We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by developing relationships with Credit Unions and promoting AiVantage’s AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will understand the unique challenges of the financial industry and have a consultative approach to delivering technology solutions that improve member experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Credit Union market.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery meetings, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Credit Union executives and key decision-makers.
  • Understand CU operational needs and position AiVantage solutions to address member engagement, service efficiency, and business goals.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and sales activities through CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and long-term client success.
  • Stay informed on Credit Union industry trends, regulations, competitive solutions, and emerging AI technologies.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling technology solutions to Credit Unions, banks, or financial institutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing long sales cycles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with Credit Unions or within the financial services industry.
  • Experience selling AI, SaaS, digital transformation, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Willingness to travel for CU conferences, industry events, and client meetings as required.
