You own the outcome: preparation, presentation, follow-up, customer trust, and your paycheck. Our sales reps help homeowners make smart decisions about exterior remodeling projects, including roofing, gutters, siding, windows, and doors.

- Act as the face of Cenvar, maintaining honesty, professionalism, and a sharp appearance at all times.
- Inspect the home's exterior: roof, gutters, siding, windows, and doors (including getting on the roof & getting in the attic).
- Maintain your own sales call schedule, calendar, and CRM records with precision and discipline. Maximize opportunities during peak seasons and work your book of business during slower times.
- Expertly present Cenvar's scope of work, products, services, and policies to potential clients using supplied tools and materials.
- Create cost estimates and close deals to increase branch profitability and market share.
- Manage your personal performance metrics, including close rate, average job size, and revenue sold
- Deliver a professional customer experience from appointment through project handoff
- Attend weekly sales meetings and work with the team to solve problems and improve processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and keep the company vehicle orderly.
- You own your preparation, appointments, follow-up, customer experience, and your results.

Qualifications- Think like an owner.
- Be driven, coachable, organized, competitive, and comfortable meeting homeowners face-to-face.
- Able to build trust, ask good questions, present solutions confidently, and follow a proven sales process, and have a desire to grow income through performance.
- Sales experience preferred, especially in home improvement, roofing, remodeling, construction, solar, automotive, real estate, or insurance.
- Strong interpersonal communication, promptness, and the ability to solve problems on the fly.
- Ability to manage appointments, follow-up, and customer opportunities.
- Confidence presenting pricing and financing options.
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
- Must be physically able and comfortable to walk on roofs and inspect attics while strictly adhering to safety procedures. Must be able to utilize and accurately measure products.
- High School diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (insurable under company policy) and a background check free of felony convictions.
- Take-home company vehicle provided (for work use only)

- Competitive commission-based compensation. Training salary based upon $80,000 annual salary for the first 3 months of training; then transitioning to commission based.
