In this work‑site based role, you will work onsite at a defined location(s).

• Generate retail sales by partnering with customers and showcasing Verizon’s technology offerings.
• Identify customers’ needs through conversation and targeted questioning.
• Present product insights and solution recommendations to provide a complete, top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales with clear, concise communication and by offering simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up‑skilling in merchandising, inventory, and operational functions.
• Grow your customer base with outbound calls and text messages to existing Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events to expand our loyal customer base.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience, whether from work or military service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays – schedule announced four weeks in advance.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, especially during peak periods.
• Preferred: experience in a commission‑based environment.
• Preferred: demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Preferred: customer service experience.

Base pay: $16.00–$21.00 per hour, plus up to $18,000 per year in commissions. Top performers can earn $65,000–$75,500 annually. Additional compensation may include overtime, shift differential, holiday pay, and allowances.
