Hand & Stone Richmond West End located at 1515 N. Parham Rd, Richmond, VA 23229 is seeking sales professionals to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a responsible, driven individual with excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and a winning personality. Candidates should have a demonstrated history of providing exceptional customer service in prior roles.

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward your contributions and drive your success. This role is more than answering phones: boost your paycheck with our stress‑free membership model, a base hourly rate based on experience and skill, and an uncapped commission structure on membership sales. Top performers typically earn an additional  3 –  7 per hour in commission.

• Meet membership sales goals
• Successfully achieve all performance‑based goals set by spa leadership and the company, including membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales
• Maintain detailed knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on the benefits of specific services and enhancements
• Provide an excellent customer experience through answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing memberships
• Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

The Sales Associate role has a varied schedule that includes weekend, daytime, evening, and holiday hours; flexible availability is preferred.
