We are seeking outstanding individuals to join our team as Account Executives with a strong technical background and expertise in AI‑driven solutions. In this role you will drive revenue growth, nurture enduring client relationships, and apply innovative technology to redefine customer engagement for our Public Sector and/or Nonprofit clients.

Responsibilities
  • Employ your experience in B2B technology sales to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce Sales team to drive growth for Agentforce/Data Cloud at current and new customers.
  • Use your extensive knowledge of Salesforce to articulate how the Salesforce Product stack can deliver tailored solutions that transform customer engagement.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze sophisticated business problems and demonstrate how Agentforce/Data Cloud’s capabilities can deliver impact at scale.
  • Source and qualify opportunities that fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Lead discovery conversations, unearthing prospective customers’ critical business needs and resolving how Agentforce/Data Cloud can be a solution.
  • Craft and present compelling Points of View (POVs) that underscore the tangible value of Agentforce/Data Cloud across both technical and business partners.
  • Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales process.
  • Highlight how our solutions align with clients’ long‑term strategic objectives.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within highly technical environments, specifically in Public Sector and/or Nonprofit.
  • For Agentforce:
    Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, agent platform configuration, API connections, automation, and flow integration.
  • For Data Cloud:
    Expertise in modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query) and data analytics tools (Tableau).
  • Experience with AI‑driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud).
  • Proven ability to conduct technical discovery and map solutions to client needs.
  • Track record of consistently surpassing sales targets in a technical sales environment.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with extensive background in technology sales.

Compensation

The typical base salary range for this position is $123,200 – $214,400 annually. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range is $135,300 – $235,850 per year. This range represents base salary only and does not include bonuses, incentive compensation, equity, or benefits.
