SUMMARY
Direct Auto Area Sales Manager – manage the operational and direct auto purchase sales processes for a specific metropolitan region, and actively seek new vendors to join Lendmark Financial Services dealer network.
MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES- Inquire, sign, and set up new direct auto dealers
- Manage and maintain dealer relationships
- Train dealer personnel
- Update senior leaders on industry trends
- Address dealer service issues
- Manage risk relative to position
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience or related field
- Ability to effectively present products/services, negotiate, and close sales
- Ability to prioritize and work with limited supervision as a self‑starter
- Ability to effectively service dealers and retain relationships

COMPENSATIONSalary range: $74,000 – $85,000 annually, based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. Positions are eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on individual and company performance.
