We’re currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our high‑performing team. This is a remote role based in Virginia, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to directly impact our growth in a thriving logistics market.

What You’ll Do:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll lead the charge in expanding DHL eCommerce’s footprint across your region. You’ll build relationships, develop strategic solutions, and collaborate with leaders across the organization to drive revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Your Impact Will Include:

  • Growing revenue and market share by developing innovative sales and service strategies.
  • Securing new business by connecting with companies throughout your territory.
  • Managing and expanding relationships with key accounts while providing value‑driven solutions.
  • Conducting presentations, facility tours, and customized solution discussions.
  • Partnering with leaders across Business Units, including Solutions Engineering, CRM, and Implementation teams.
  • Identifying regional opportunities and ensuring alignment with company‑wide strategic goals.
  • Addressing customer concerns and turning them into long‑term loyalty.
  • Keeping detailed reports, maintaining sales records, and consistently meeting performance targets.
  • Investing in your own growth through continuous learning, collaboration, and training.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within parcel, ecommerce, or logistics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience nurturing and winning new business.
  • High proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM/sales reporting tools.
  • A self‑starter, driven, organized, and energized by a fast‑moving environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
