Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and account research to identify and qualify potential clients, validating business viability, product applications, and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and customer lists aligned with target accounts and industries.
  • Execute cold calls and follow‑up communications to introduce the company’s value‑added services and initiate sales engagement.
  • Maintain customer profiles and interaction records in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Partner closely with traders to support client presentations, proposals, and introductory materials.
  • Prepare requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with traders’ instructions and commercial terms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support order processing and ensure timely, accurate execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, account support, trading, or customer service. Experience in electronic components or trading environments is an advantage.
  • Strong research and analytical skills for qualifying prospects and understanding customer needs.
  • Effective communication skills, with confidence in conducting outbound calls and client interactions.
  • Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with traders and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
