Location Requirement: Candidates must live within or be willing to relocate to the Virginia Beach/Norfolk VA area to perform the duties of this role.
Primary Function of PositionThe Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a 24+ month developmental role that will partner with the Virginia Beach/Norfolk VA team to gain knowledge in all aspects of our business, including technical, clinical, and sales.
EssentialJob Duties
- Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and overall territory management.
- Guide technical in‑services for customers, including OR staff and surgeons.
- Sell benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to the team’s overall quotas.
- Gain experience in goal setting, mapping, and attainment in preparation for a quota‑bearing role following the CTA position.
- Manage administrative tasks: reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports.
- Minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience post‑grad, or 1‑year leadership (military) experience required.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven record of success.

- Ability to excel in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Compensation will be based primarily on the job level at which the role is filled and the candidate’s qualifications, consistent with applicable law.
