Commercial Sales Manager

Mackenzie Stuart are partnered with a fast growing national manufacturer of roofing systems, looking to hire a Commercial Sales Manager located in Virginia or Maryland. We are looking for someone who is deeply connected with general contractors and building owners in the data center or adjacent markets.

This is a mission critical position for the company, being responsible for driving their commercial presence, accelerating revenue growth, and building strong customer partnerships. You must be a keen hunter, with experience of building territories from scratch or with limited presence.

Experience in the data center is preferred over experience within the commercial roofing industry for this position.

• Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with overall business goals
• Drive revenue growth through new business development and expansion of existing accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements
• Identify market trends and opportunities to support long-term growth

• 5+ years of commercial experience, ideally within the data centre roofing sector
• Track record of driving revenue growth and developing a territory
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on, driven, and results-oriented with high personal integrity
• Salary range $120,000 - $150,000 (dependant on experience/existing industry contacts)
