Inseriamo nel nostro organico Operatore/trice call center a Amelia. La figura selezionata si occuperà dell'assistenza clienti, gestendo le richieste e fornendo supporto informativo sui servizi di logistica.
Principali mansioni- Gestione telefonica e via email delle richieste dei clienti
- Monitoraggio degli ordini e aggiornamenti sullo stato delle spedizioni
- Collaborazione con i team operativi per garantire un servizio efficiente
- Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi con possibilità di rinnovo
- Retribuzione 1.500-1.800 € lordi mensili (CCNL Logistica/Trasporti)
- Formazione retribuita e supporto nella fase di inserimento
- Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
- Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione delle emergenze
