Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you will build and maintain relationships with Dataminr’s first alert customers, driving adoption, renewal, and usage while fostering account growth. Your role focuses on supporting Navy and U.S. Marine Corps customers and is based primarily in the DC area with approximately 25% travel.
Responsibilities- Expand the scope and scale of First Alert adoption within your portfolio, ensuring retention, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement scalable programs that integrate First Alert into customer workflows and align with enterprise objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships across your account portfolio through capability briefings, product demonstrations, trainings, and execution of playbooks and regular check‑ins.
- Act as a First Alert platform expert, ensuring customer engagements support organizational goals and drive positive outcomes beyond basic platform features.
- Collect customer feedback and provide clear recommendations for product development to engineering and product teams.
- Use data‑driven metrics and reporting to identify risks and opportunities that impact retention and growth.
- Minimum 5–8 years of customer success or account management experience, or equivalent military or public‑sector experience supporting senior military leaders.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a related field.
- Experience supporting the U.S. Department of Defense and understanding real‑time alerting needs of military, law enforcement, or emergency management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior decision‑makers.
- High level of accountability and ability to execute independently on multiple, competing projects and deadlines.
