Supervisor - Lagging and Insulation Division

In this key leadership role, you will drive and grow the IPC Maintenance lagging, cladding & insulation division in the Western Australian market. The role will allow you to truly make your mark and use your keen business acumen to achieve set deliverables.

Reporting to the Operations Manager your leading efforts to develop our exceptional product within the market place, will include, but are not limited to these responsibilities:

• Managing with the highest level of safety standards the day to day operations of the lagging, cladding & insulation division
• Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy
• Management of staff, equipment and consumables in the workshop and on site installations
• Maintaining an accurate quote register - number and value of all new quotes and conversion to sales orders.
• Preparation of professional tenders and quotations and timely follow up.
• Negotiate contracts and assist in monitoring variations to contracts in progress.

The ideal candidate will;

• have a proven track record and more than 15 years experience specifically in sales and management in the Western Australian lagging, cladding & insulation market
• with a strong analytical and technical background,
• methodical and systematic approach to the marketplace with acute attention to detail,
• excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills,
• experience in auto cad and estimation software
• exceptional communication and computer skills combined with professional presentation and,
• will be able to work on their own and based in Rockingham.

• Attractive base salary and super commiserate with experience, more than $80,000 p.a.
• Bonus structure based on gross profit of steel fabrication division
• Vehicle or vehicle allowance
