Loving Air is a locally owned, family-run HVAC company serving homeowners and faith-based organizations in our community. We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Inside Sales Representative who can follow up on leads, run estimates, and convert opportunities into revenue.
This role is primarily in-office, with occasional visits to customer homes to provide free installation estimates.

Duties And Responsibilities- Follow up on quotes generated by service and install teams
- Make outbound calls to new, current, and previous customers
- Generate new business through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Create and present installation quotations
- Cross-sell memberships and additional services
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
- Accurately track calls, jobs, and transactions in Service Titan
- Process payments, renewals, and customer transactions
- Answer inbound calls and schedule services
- Attend sales meetings and business development events
- Represent Loving Air’s core values in every interaction

Schedule- Standard business hours
- Occasional evening appointments for estimates as needed
- 3+ years of related sales experience preferred
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Comfortable running in-home sales appointments
- Ability to manage pipeline and follow-ups independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Service Titan experience preferred)
