Compensation
- Pay: $20/hour base pay + bi-weekly bonuses
- Typical Earnings: $45,000-$70,000+ per year

This is a field‑based, people‑facing role focused on speaking with homeowners and setting appointments for our sales team. You'll work in residential neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our window and door services, starting conversations, and scheduling in‑home consultations for interested customers.

- Likes being active instead of sitting at a desk

- Walk door‑to‑door in assigned residential neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners about window and door improvement projects
- Schedule qualified in‑home appointments for the sales team
- Track appointments and daily activity using a tablet/iPad
- Represent the company professionally and positively in the community
- Walking for several hours each shift
- Talking to new people throughout the day
- Working independently while hitting performance goals
- Handling rejection professionally and staying motivated

- Speak with 10-25 homeowners per day
- Set 2-5 qualified appointments daily
- Earn additional bonuses through strong performance
